2.4. Payment Plans
One-Time Payment: If available, a one-time payment is a single payment for a product or service, like an online course or a digital product. There will be no further payments, and you will receive all purchased content after the successful payment process.
Payment Plans for One-Time purchases: If available, you can split the payment in the offered payment splits, for example 3 time payments instead of a one single payment. In relation to the offer, you will gain access to the full content after the first payment split.
Recurring Payment Plans : If you choose to buy a service, such as a dripping course, you will gain access to the course material step by step after every recurring payment split until the end of the payment plan. For example, of a 6-Month recurring payment plan that is billed monthly, you will gain access to new course modules from the purchased course after every successful monthly payment split.
Recurring Subscription Plans : If you choose a service, such as a membership, that is offered on a subscription basis, you will need to select one of the available recurring payment plans. These plans can be billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. The available billing options depend on the specific offer and can only be selected if they are presented during the checkout process.
2.5. Cancelling
If you want to cancel an active recurring payment (Dripping Content) or subscription plan, you can do this within the member dashboard. For any reason, if you have issues with the cancelling or need help, you can get in touch through the member support within the member dashboard.
2.6. Right of withdrawal
Members who are consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code) have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Joker Tone Production using a clear statement (e.g., via the Member Support From or e-mail) of his decision to withdraw from this contract.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal: If the customer withdraws from this contract, Joker Tone Production shall reimburse all payments received from the customer (except transactions fees from the shop provider and payment processors) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which the customer receives notification of the withdrawal from this contract.
Lapse of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal for the customer expires prematurely if Joker Tone Production has commenced performance of the contract after the customer has expressly agreed that Joker Tone Production shall commence performance of the contract before the end of the revocation period and the customer has confirmed to Joker Tone Production the knowledge that the customer will lose your right of revocation by giving their consent to commence performance of the contract.

3) Member Dashboard
By purchasing any kind of product like an online course, a digital product or a membership from this website, it will generate a user account for you with the login to the member dashboard. At the member dashboard, you have the overview of all your account information, order history, links to the purchase content or downloads to the digital products.
3.1. Login
After the accepted payment process, you will
a) be redirected to the member dashboard, where you can see your order and set a password for your account, and
b) receive an order confirmation e-mail to the e-mail-address you have filled inside the checkout form. This e-mail contains the order overview as well the link to your member dashboard to set a new password if you have not done that already after the payment process.
