Notice: This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service from Joker Tone Production
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase of any course or product from Joker Tone Production.
On the other hand, I would rather not help people that want to gain the paid products for free by buying, using and calling for a refund without any reason. I decided to take the right of German law and regulations for digital products, that you need to accept before you finish the payment process.
Lapse of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal for the customer expires prematurely if Joker Tone Production has commenced performance of the contract after the customer has expressly agreed that Joker Tone Production shall commence performance of the contract before the end of the revocation period and the customer has confirmed to Joker Tone Production the knowledge that the customer will lose your right of revocation by giving their consent to commence performance of the contract.
Ask for a refund
However, if you decide that the course or product isn’t the right investment for you, just ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Simply send me a message over the member support inside the member dashboard. I’ll process the request as soon as possible.
Important points to note:
- The refund amount you receive will be minus the fees we’re charged by our payment processor.
- If your native currency isn’t US dollars, the refund amount you receive in your own currency could be a little under or over what you originally paid. This is because of fluctuating currency conversion rates. I can not and will not be able to change the amount you receive in your own currency.
- If you elect for monthly installment payments and did not submit a refund request within 14 days of your purchase, you’re obligated to complete your remaining monthly installment payments.
- I reserve the right to deny a refund request for any reason. A common reason would be if you’ve watched a large amount of the course material. This refund policy is designed to help people gauge if the course is a good fit for their musical and personal growth – it is not a chance to take the majority of the course for free.
